You will be responsible to pay the session fee at the time of the session, however licensed therapists can provide you with a "superbill" that you can then submit to your PPO insurance plan. Reimbursement is dependent on your plan and diagnosis.

Some insurance companies will reimburse for a session with one of our non-licensed associate therapists. We will provide a special letter and extra signatures to see if this option is available for you.

The number one predictor that you will have a positive outcome in therapy (regardless of theory) is the feeling of connection and trust you have with your therapist. Whether with us or with another therapist, we encourage you to listen to your gut and check-in with your experience after the first session or two. We will be checking in with you in the initial few sessions to ensure that our connection will facilitate a positive outcome for you. What matters most to us is that you are in the best environment to reach your goals.
