Our therapists are trained in Flash Technique, Brainspotting, NET and EMDR. The first step is an assessment.  Once we better understand your need we will connect you with the right therapist and treatment.

This co-ed small group will provide support and collaboration as we process the pain of loss and the overwhelm of rebuilding.  Strategies for moving through loss and regaining strength for what lies ahead.

Schedule: weekly, Tuesday evenings

This boys and girls group will be a space focused on helping children heal the way they need to. Art, sculpting, play and music will help our most vulnerable process through the scary things they have felt and seen in the last weeks.

Cost: $55/session, 10 Sessions
